PG/Lab - Evaluating the Usability of an App (Replication Study)

There has been a significant rise of forged documents in recent years. A possible solution for that problem are document authentication apps. Researchers from the University of Zürich developed such an App called Thenti. At the beginning of the year, a lab study was conducted to investigate the usability of the app , and the app was then updated based on the obtained results. The task of this PG/Lab is to repeat this study in order to measure the effect of the changes in the app. You will conduct the studies and then analyze them qualitatively and quantitatively. You will work closely with the app developers during the PG/Lab. Suitable for group work.
